1939 Elgin Girls Deluxe
This restored 1939 Elgin can be seen here with its original owner posing for a photo in the summer of 1940. She received the bicycle from her parents as a Christmas gift in the winter of ’39/40. The bike was purchased from the Sears & Roebuck store in Peoria Illinois.
