1940’s Schwinn DX

This is a fully restored Schwinn DX model D 97XE-6 with the plane and train headbadge as shown in the 1946 Schwinn catalogue. There are some missing parts on this bike when i started it. It took me a year to complete this project just to make sure that the parts I acquired are correct according to its specification as mentioned in the catalogue.
