This balloon tire motor-bike style bicycle was basically the same as it’s 28″ high pressure tire counterpart, but equipped with the latest in tire technology.	Seiss brand plunger horn was a cheaper alternative to the E.A. brand that was a true Klaxon style creating the distinctive “Ahooga” sound.
