1953 Schwinn Spitfire
Un-restored example of a green ’53 Schwinn Spitfire bicycle. This was a basic bike, with painted rims and no deluxe accessories. A more deluxe model would have had chromed rims, a rack over the rear wheel, truss rods on the front fork or possibly a springer fork and horn tank. The lack of a seat on this bike would make it a painful ride!
