The Murray-Ohio Manufacturing Company was responsible for many of the classic bicycles sought after by collectors. They made bicycles for Sears, Roebuck and Company for many years, producing some of the most desirable collector bicycles. Murray also sold bicycles under their own brand name, Mercury. One of the most interesting Mercury bicycles was the 1939 model with headlights built into the tank. Murray continued making bicycles well into the 1980’s.
