Penny-Farthing, Decorative Art

I bought this bike from a someone in Ozark, MO. I really don’t know a lot about bikes except that I see these from time to time on American Pickers. I am hoping someone recognizes this picture/model and can maybe tell me a little more about it as far as restoring/value/model type. Any information would be appreciated and I can take more pictures as necessary. Thanks
